Registration

This symposium will take place on the afternoon of 1 June at the same venue as the WADA Regional Symposium (2–3 June). Both events use the same registration process via the WADA website.  

You can register through the WADA Regional Symposium link (https://www.2026beijing.com/event/bfecf300-e07f-40d3-bd88-d43a683f5c46/regProcessStep1) by selecting “Yes” to the question: “Will you be attending the CHINADA Symposium & iNADO Workshop?” Please note that registration closes on 1 May.

Check-in

The reception desk will be set outside the meeting room during 12:00-13:00 of 1 June. Please make sure to sign in at the reception desk and get your material package.

Dinner

Dinner will be provided for the participants at the venue on 1 June.

Transportation

Participants can reach Beijing by plane or train. From May 31st to June 4th, shuttle buses will be arranged at the airport and railway station to take participants to and from the venue or hotel.

Please provide your flight/train arrival and departure information as soon as possible after registration. We will then release the specific arrangements for the shuttle buses accordingly.
