The signing ceremony between China Anti-Doping Agency (CHINADA) and Vietnam National Anti-Doping Center (VADC) was held on September 24 in Hangzhou, where 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games and 3rd CHINADA international anti-doping symposium was held. Li Zhiquan, Director General of CHINADA, and Nguyen Van Phu, Director of VADC, signed as the representatives.

The signing ceremony was chaired by Olivier Niggli, Director General of WADA. Niggli said that the international cooperation was essential for anti-doping cause. It was great pleasure to witness this signing ceremony, and the cooperation between CHINADA and VADC would be of great benefit for the two NADOs, he said.

Vice Minister of General Administration of Sport of China (GASC) Li Yingchuan, Director General of Science and Education Department of GASC Chen Zhiyu, WADA President Witold Bańka, WADA Vice President Yang Yang, WADA Director General Olivier Niggli, WADA Chief Operating Officer Stuart Kemp, WADA Director of Asia/Oceania Office Kazuhiro Hayashi, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vietnam Hoang Dao Cuong, Chairman of Vietnam Sports Authority and Chief de Mission of Vietnam Sports Contingent Dang Ha Viet witnessed the signing ceremony.
