The 2021 national clean sport educator training course was held in Beijing from November 26 to 27. 120 national clean sport educators and candidates from all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and national sports management units participated in the training in the main venue of Beijing. The anti doping authorities and provincial clean sport educators of other units also participated in the training through video conference in 46 sub venues.

The purpose of this training course is to promote "full coverage, full cycle, constant and systematic" anti-doping education and recruit, train and assess the national clean sport educators, in accordance with the Anti Doping Development Plan (2018-2022) and Regulation of National Clean Sport Educators.

Wang Xinzhai, Deputy Director General of CHINADA, delivered a speech entitled "raising the awareness of three gold medals and being a qualified and clean sport educators". He analyzed the new trends and characteristics of the current anti-doping work in the light of the new situation and new problems at home and abroad, and put forward new tasks and new requirements on how to tackle the problem in the anti-doping education. He stressed that anti-doping education is the main field for the implementation of "strengthening moral medal, style medal and clean medal consciousness". He called on all units to attach great importance to anti-doping education, and assume their own responsibilities at all levels under the anti-doping organization system, and help athletes internalize education content. He asked the national clean sport educators to strengthen their skills, dare to innovate, strictly manage, and be qualified ambassadors of the concept of "Win Clean Medals".

According to the Implementation Rules for Anti-Doping Education, the main content of this training is anti-doping warning education case study, and professional knowledge and teaching ability improvement. In combination with the implementation rules issued at the beginning of this year, Sai Fei, director of the education and prevention department, talked about the specific work requirements of the implementation rules, and brief the annual education work. Cheng Yao, deputy director of the legal department, introduced the judicial interpretation of doping and anti-doping warning education case study , in line with the development of the anti-doping legislation; Xie Li, the education manager of the education and prevention department, introduced the educator regulations, from the perspective of the management of national educators. In addition, the training class also provided training to improve the teaching ability.

The training course also provided a platform for experience exchange. Representatives of China Canoeing Association, Shanghai, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang and other provinces and cities also introduced their experiences and practices on how to implement the implementation rules and do a good job in the anti-doping work in their sport or regions.

In the candidate assessment and certification section, a total of 84 candidates participated in the assessment. In order to ensure that the certified educators can meet the needs of anti-doping education, this assessment has set up a total of two assessment subjects: written examination and trial lecture. The assessment contents include basic knowledge of anti-doping, anti-doping laws and regulations, doping control, doping prevention, TUE, etc.

The national clean sport educator program was launched in 2015. Up to now, it has carried out five training and certification sessions, with 139 national level lecturers assessed and certified. Educators undertake the educational tasks issued by CHINADA and the anti-doping education work of their units. It is a professional education team that "strengthens the moral medal, style gold medal and clean medal consciousness".
