For more than 20 years, Anti-Doping China and Anti-Doping Norway have maintained a sound and consistent cooperation, and developed deep friendship. They shared mutual trust and understanding, and joined hands in marching forward in the fight against Doping. They set up a model how two NADOs can work together for the rest of the world.

On 9th April 2010, the two NADOs signed a bilateral cooperative agreement, which was well implemented and was high recognized by WADA and the world.

On 25th May 2017, Mr. CHEN Zhiyu the Executive Director General of CHINADA, and Mr. Anders Solheim the CEO of ADN signed the Cooperative Agreement. Mr. GOU Zhongwen, Sport Minister of China, and Ms. Linda Helleland, WADA Vice President and Norway Sport Minister were present at the agreement signing ceremony. Together with them were Mr. LI Yingchuan the Vice Sport Minister of China, and heads of departments of the Sport Ministry.
